Brazilian Music Friday Feature #28

This week's pick is Lamentos from the Jovino Santos Neto Quinteto, who I featured a few months ago, but I'm featuring them again, because I'm going to UW River Falls today to see Jovino in concert today. I also got to see him perform with Hermeto Pascoal in San Francisco two weeks ago - it's quite a month! 

Lamentos is a classic Brazilian choro, but they take more of a jazz approach to it than a traditional choro approach - that's good, too! For more info about choro, see yesterday's post (where I posted a video of the choro I just finished writing.)
